Role Summary: Leads complex multi-workstream HRTech transformation programs, providing strategic project governance, executive client partnership, and cross-team leadership at scale. Carries competency leadership accountability. Key Responsibilities: Program & Portfolio Leadership: Lead large, complex multi-workstream HRTech programs.
