Job Description

Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and customize applications in Salesforce Service Cloud.


  • Configure Service Cloud features such as Cases, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, CTI, Email-to-Case, and Service Console.


  • Build custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.


  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.


  • Create workflows, validation rules, flows, process automation, and approval processes.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.


  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.


  • Perform deployments using Change Sets, DevOps tools, or CI/CD pipelines.


  • Maintain security standards including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
