Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Execute marketing operations activities, including:

• Segmentation generation and management using audience builder, email testing in content

builder, email build configuration, and audit.

• Multi-channel, multi-touch campaign configuration and execution

• Email/message building and reporting

• Campaign auditing and issue management

• Review marketing campaign requests from clients and provide recommendations on how to execute.

• Export information from SFMC – We need knowledge on SQL query. This report could be the data views, modification of the data views, ad-hoc reports at a campaign level and/or reports defined by CRM and Analytics team.

• Campaign builds with UTM tags.

• Identify and work with the team lead to implement possible new functionality and/or process

improvements that better meet client needs and drive efficiency.
