Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience handling Executive/C-Level Support
  • Experience with supporting Windows 10/11 and MacOS
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Administration
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell)
  • Experience with running AV event / conference room support
  • Exposure to Citrix Cloud/XenDesktop/XenApp
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure Administration (endpoint/exchange/VDI)
  • Exposure to ticket queue management (ServiceNow)
  • Exposure to Intune and JAMF Device Management
  • Collaborate effectively with the infrastructure engineering teams and the business
