Qualifications and Experience
- Experience handling Executive/C-Level Support
- Experience with supporting Windows 10/11 and MacOS
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Administration
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell)
- Experience with running AV event / conference room support
- Exposure to Citrix Cloud/XenDesktop/XenApp
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure Administration (endpoint/exchange/VDI)
- Exposure to ticket queue management (ServiceNow)
- Exposure to Intune and JAMF Device Management
- Collaborate effectively with the infrastructure engineering teams and the business
