To act as the executive arm of Global HR, ensuring that shared services delivery and people‑related programs are globally aligned, locally compliant, and business‑relevant, with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and governance.

  • Global HR Strategy Execution
  • Implement and manage global HR programs (performance management, talent reviews, compensation and benefits).
  • Cascade HR operating model standards into local processes and ensure service delivery is consistent.
  • Provide structured feedback to Global HR on local execution challenges and opportunities.
  • Shared Services Operations
  • Establish and develop the Global HR Shared Services for ITVT Group.
  • Oversee the delivery of the HR shared services (payroll, HRIS, benefits admin, employee data, reporting, - always compliant with GDPR)
