Bilnor Staffing Solutions' client in the Mining sector is seeking a Shift Boss – Underground Mine for position in Northam, LP. South African Citizens and those living in the area will be preferred. An underground mining operation based near Northam is seeking a qualified and experienced Shift Boss to oversee and coordinate underground mining activities, ensuring safe and efficient production.

Minimum Requirements
- Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines
- Minimum 5 years underground mining experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role (Shift Boss level)
- Strong knowledge of underground mining operations and safety standards
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Supervise and coordinate underground mining activities during the shift
