Position Summary:
Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist in managing the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the property
Oversee preventative maintenance repairs with direction from the Engineering manager
Liaise with contractors and suppliers for equipment and relationship building
Manage the engineering maintenance team, supporting them with operational tasks
