Job Description
Responsible to attend and complete the service request assigned and provide coordination/monitoring work to related maintenance work or project. Additional task based on specific skills. Shift pattern is 12 hours, 4 days work and 4 days off.
Responsibilities
- Service Request/Work Order Management
- Receive service request/work order and ensure completion within agreed SLA/KPI
- Provide solution to technical/handyman issues and responsible for delivery of services.
- Work with other team members to meet all SLA/KPI
- Proactively conduct site walk‑by and identify required work order to minimize complaints.
- Maintenance Work and Project Coordination
- To coordinate/monitor site maintenance/project work in compliance with HSE standards
- Responsible to complete the assigned planned maintenance work and coordinate any reactive inspection as needed.
