Shift Lead

Position Details

Title: Shift Lead – Permanent (Full Time – 36.75 Hours per week)

Location: B&Q, Bishopbriggs

Salary: £27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 weeks holiday

Working Hours: Keyholder position; shifts range from earliest start 5 am to latest finish 10 pm.

Responsibilities

As a Shift Lead you will:

• Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Ensure colleagues are deployed correctly to “make every customer count” throughout the shift.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the store at all times.
