What you'll do:
Ensures production is performed according to Autoliv standards.
Oversees the production area with full responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling activities.
Ensures adherence to standards of Health & Safety and Quality.
Drives continuous improvement to achieve stable performance.
Ensures daily operations run according to ALV standards and SQDCM targets, coordinating activities in cross‐functional teams within own production area.
Builds and maintains an understanding among AMTs of their area's and lines impact on production area results.
Organizes Gemba meetings (Start‐up/Handover, Pulse, Kaizen, Communications and Daily SQDCM).
Coordinates and balances resources between different AMTs according to priority and operator availability.
Adjusts production planning in line with internal flows, customer priorities, blocked lines, backlog, and CT.
