JOB SUMMARY:
This job is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and supervising the operations of a section of the store to ensure that it is operating in accordance with operating standards and that the quality, cleanliness and service are not compressed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With experience as a fast-food chain manager, with at least 1 - 2 years.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
- Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
- With experience or knowledge in doing profit and loss reports, sales reports, inventory, and ordering.
- Preferably residing near the job location.
- Willing to undergo training.
- Can start ASAP
- With complete government benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health)
