Our client, a leader in the flexible packaging industry is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Shift Manager to join their team based in Durban.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric (Grade 12)

Qualified Trade Tested

N5 - 6 Production / Operations management qualification

3–5 years' experience as Flexo/Gravure Operator in a production environment.

Min 1-2 years' experience as a supervisor in a production environment 

Experience in Facilitating Africomms.

Experience in leading continuous improvement projects.

Skilful Communication

Planning Work

Demonstrate Authority

Good understanding of Training and Development

Problem Solving ability
