Manufacturing Warehouse Shift Leader (Nights)
Role Overview The Warehouse Shift Leader (Nights) is responsible for overseeing the entire night shift operation, ensuring productivity, safety, and operational targets are consistently met. This role provides leadership to Team Leaders and warehouse colleagues, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across all areas.
Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all warehouse activities during the night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations • Supervise and support Team Leaders, providing direction, coaching, and performance management • Monitor KPIs (e.g. pick rates, dispatch accuracy, turnaround times) and take corrective action where required • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies • Manage staffing levels, shift planning, and resource allocation to meet operational demands • Conduct shift briefings and debriefings, communicating priorities and performance ex...
