Job Description
SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading team members towards the shared goal of providing an exceptional gaming experience for each and every customer. Manage all aspects of gaming and the facility in a professional manner that is representative of Delta Bingo & Gaming customer-service oriented image. Responsible for ensuring all gaming is run in compliance with legislation governing the on-going operation of a bingo hall. Work cooperatively with and maintain transparency with the OLG and AGCO.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to):
- Work co-operatively with co-workers, team members and charity volunteers.
- Obtain and maintain a valid AGCO license and/or any license deemed necessary to aid in the operation of the gaming site.
- Work cooperatively with OLG and AGCO providing information in a timely professional manner.
- Call in equipment failures and follow up with bingo support line.
