SHIFT SUPERVISOR with Manufacturing, Paper & Pulp/Tissue or FMCG Industry Experience
Reporting to Production & Factory Manager.
Qualifications / Skills National Diploma or NQF Level 6 in Mechanical/Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Production Management. Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing, Paper & Pulp/Tissue or FMCG Industry. B-Tech Degree & Supervisory Development Program – AN advantage, but not mandatory. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise & lead a team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers. Ensure smooth operations & production processes during assigned shifts. Oversee maintenance activities & troubleshoot any technical issues. Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow & efficiency.
