Shift Supervisor

This role is responsible for leading an afternoon shift within a fast-paced distribution centre. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure health and safety standards are met, manage inventory accuracy, and support a team to deliver strong performance across productivity, quality, and service.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a warehouse team during shift operations

Drive a strong health and safety culture, including root cause analysis and corrective actions

Monitor productivity, order quality, and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)

Manage shift reporting using WMS and Microsoft Office tools to track performance and identify improvements

Run shift start-up meetings, manage schedules, and provide coaching and performance feedback

Maintain strong labour relations in a unionized environment and address employee concerns in a timely, solutions-focused way
