Essity is looking for a Shift Team Leader at our Skelmersdale Mill to lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

About the role

As a Shift Team Leader, you’ll provide frontline leadership to a multi‑skilled team of operators and electrical/mechanical technicians. You’ll own performance across your shift, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery while developing the capability and engagement of your team.
