Job Description

We are looking for a Shift Technician to join our team in Glasgow.  
Working as part of the team delivering FM services, you will be based in a new building helping the team deliver their objectives. 
Job Purpose To undertake all aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, small projects and Help Desk Calls in accordance with both client and JLL requirements 
To manage and monitor the building operational functions 
To be responsible for the buildings operational assets and systems whilst on shift 
To issue permit to work for all specialist vendors and carry out appropriate isolations via LOTO 
To complete HV training (tbc) and switch HV and LV supplies as required 
Aims and Objectives To assist and support the Building services supervisor in all functions, to ensure HSE, statutory and contractual compliance
