Shift Technician

Applications are invited to apply for the above mentioned role based at Sedibeng Brewery. The successful candidate will report to the Brewing Team Leader.

Purpose of the role

To be the first responder to any reliability issues faced on shift. to ensure Continuous improvement through problem solving, implementation of World Class Manufacturing Systems and operator coaching

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Take the lead on all the reliability specs of the Brewing department while on shift (shifts as required by the production schedule). This would include playing a role as a first line responder to breakdowns, owning and completing problem solving to drive towards sustainable solutions and manage required schedule maintenance actions while on shift.
