SHIFT TOOLMAKER – PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT

R120 – R160 per hour

This role is for a Toolmaker who performs under pressure.

We are seeking a skilled Shift Toolmaker with proven experience in handling swift tooling breakdowns and the ability to work independently without supervision .

If you rely on others to solve problems or need constant direction, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve swift tooling breakdowns with urgency
• Diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs to minimise downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and equipment
• Work independently on shift and take full ownership of issues
• Ensure continuous production with minimal interruptions
