A cruise line operator is seeking a Junior Guest Relations Officer to oversee guest interactions and ensure seamless execution of premium service. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role in a high-standard hotel, possess excellent hospitality skills, and be able to communicate effectively in English and possibly additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
