Job Description

The Shipping Agency Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the logistics and coordination of shipping operations for our client. This position requires efficient handling of shipping inquiries, documentation, and communication with various stakeholders to ensure seamless transportation and delivery of goods.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate shipping activities and logistics for various clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Act as a liaison between shipping companies, internal teams, and clients to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Monitor shipment status and communicate delays or changes to relevant parties as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management and tracking of shipping supplies and materials.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
