Job Overview
Permanent role located at Changi South and/or Changi Airfreight Centre.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Alternative Saturday 9am – 1pm.
Compensation: Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus.
Responsibilities- To co-ordinate independently with haulier, carrier, warehouse and inter-co
- To ensure timely clearance of shipments.
- Liaise with customers and warehouse for shipment planning and job executions
- Knowledgeable in import/export/transshipment procedures for ocean/air shipments.
- Issue billings to customers
- Cost verification and cost update into system.
- Consol planning
- Monitor orders and ensure payment terms are being adhered.
- Manage customer queries and complaints
- Provide Sales Support, ensuring the required profit margins as directed by the company are achieved.
