Key Responsibilities:
Vessel & Voyage Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of tanker vessels owned, operated, or chartered by the company.
- Maintain effective communication with vessel masters, shipowners, charterers, agents, terminals, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth voyage execution.
- Monitor vessel movements and operational performance throughout the voyage cycle.
Port & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with ports, terminals, and local agents regarding berthing schedules, cargo operations, and terminal requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of operational information and compliance with port and terminal regulations.
- Follow up on vessel turnaround and resolve operational issues to minimize delays.
