Principal Responsibilities
As a Shipping Warehouse Supervisor at Molex Guadalajara, you will lead and oversee all shipping operations to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of finished goods and materials. You will drive productivity and process improvements while maintaining inventory accuracy and fostering a well-trained, motivated shipping team. Your leadership will guarantee the final step of the supply chain meets delivery standards intime, form and quantity.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and coordinate shipping operations across shifts, ensuring fluid workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and improve shipping processes and warehouse space utilization.
  • Collaborate with Traffic and Customs teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
