Shoot Coordinator

Job Description

The Shoot Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the daily apparel shoot. From shoot and model direction to image selection and coding as well as ensuring daily targets and KPI’s are being met consistently and that photography and styling guidelines are being adhered to at all times.

Responsibilities

Reports To: Styling Manager

Direct Reports: None

• To ensure the efficient running of all apparel shoots.
• Manage all timings for this studio, ensuring the most full and effective use of the working hours.
• Responsible for ensuring models and crew are ready and on set at the assigned start times at the beginning of the day and after breaks that are taken through the day.
• Responsible for ensuring daily targets are understood by the studio team and that everyone is working efficiently to reach or even exceed these targets and KPI’s on a daily basis.
