SHS Family Support Practitioner (School-based)
Location: Trinity Academy, Brixton SW2 1QS
Hours: 5 days per week, Term Time Only + inset days
Salary: £25,003 - £27,525 per annum (term-time only; salary in line with working weeks)
Closing date: 26/06/2026
Interview dates: 1st Stage interview (online) 01/07/2026; 2nd Stage interview (in person at the setting) 07/07/2026
This is a permanent position – September start date
