Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily signage fabrication works and production activities
- Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion
- Ensure fabrication quality meets company and client requirements
- Manage and guide fabrication workers, welders, painters, installers
- Read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams
- Monitor material usage and report and procure materials when necessary
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of machinery and tools
- Conduct quality checks before delivery or installation
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in troubleshooting fabrication or production issues
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management
