At iPronics, we’re scaling our photonic design activity as the number of tapeouts continues to grow.
To support this expansion, we’re looking for a Silicon Photonics / PIC Architect to join our Photonic Architectures team and help design the next generation of photonic integrated circuits.
What will you do?
- Design and simulate silicon photonic circuits and architectures
- Define system- and sub-system-level PIC components (coupling, polarization, monitoring, switching cores)
- Perform optical link simulations to evaluate performance and signal integrity
- Contribute to internal simulation tools and modeling workflows (Python-based)
- Drive R&D initiatives and propose new photonic design solutions
- Support verification across full tape-out cycles
