Job Description

We‘re looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and support mission-critical telephony and contact center operations

Role: SIP, Network & Genesys Dialer Support Specialist

Experience: 8–10+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Notice period - Immediate to 15 days only

Key Responsibilities

✅ Advanced SIP protocol analysis and troubleshooting

✅ Administration and optimization of Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage Outbound Dialer

✅ Management and troubleshooting of Session Border Controllers (SBCs)

✅ MPLS, QoS, SIP/RTP transport, and network diagnostics

✅ Firewall, NAT, and ACL configuration for SIP communications

✅ Campaign management, pacing optimization, DNC compliance, CPA/AMD troubleshooting

✅ Root Cause Analysis using packet capture tools such as Wireshark
