Job Description

As the Site Administrator, you will play a key role in the daily coordination of administrative and operational activities on site. This position supports site leadership, assists with personnel mobilisation, and ensures all administrative processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to site leadership and project teams, including preparing reports, presentations, and general documentation.
  • Managing correspondence, maintaining records and files, and coordinating calendars and appointments.
  • Developing and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and site documentation.
  • Liaising with clients and contractors to coordinate site access requirements.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding teams by arranging site clearances and mobilisation updates.
