Main job function

Reporting line: Operations Manager / Contracts Manager

Main Purpose

  • Maintains production targets for each site and ensure each site operates within prescribed costs budgets and time frames.
  • Co‑ordinates and controls the activities of site staff and ensure all work complies with the quality standards as set out in the contract.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Relevant Degree or Diploma
  • SACPCMP registration or similar preferable
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar (operational experience preferred) position in the civil engineering sector
  • Strong experience in planning and programming (MS Projects and or Candy)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
