Job Description

As our Site Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our school facilities are safe, functional, and conducive to learning. 
Driving license required. 
Personal attributes We are looking for someone with: 
A strong understanding of the importance of an enabling and well-maintained environment, especially within a special educational needs setting. 
A proactive and organised individual with practical skills in maintenance and repair. 
An excellent communicator who can work collaboratively and respectfully with a diverse team. 
Someone who is adaptable, patient, and genuinely committed to making a difference in the lives of autistic children and those with SLCN.
