Site Engineer

The role

involves on‑site engineering support, coordination of subcontractors, quality assurance, safety leadership and assistance with programme and cost management. You will also support methodology development and setting‑out activities while working closely with site management teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.

Support delivery of civil construction works across utilities, drainage, earthworks, pavements

Lead day‑to‑day site coordination and engage directly with crews, subcontractors and clients

Develop and manage Inspection & Test Plans, quality checks and compliance documentation

Support safe work planning, environmental compliance and promote a zero‑harm culture

Assist with programming, forecasting and cost‑control activities as part of project delivery

Help prepare project reporting, close‑out documentation and quality submissions
