Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work is progressing according to the project schedule and quality requirements.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolution of any on-site issues.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, site photographs, and material delivery records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MEP projects, preferably in large-scale commercial or industrial settings.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or MEP-related fields is highly desirable.
