Job Description
- Support customer manufacturing engineering teams on tooling, cutting tools, abrasives, and machining processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations, and ensure reliable technical service on the production floor.
- Analyse production needs, propose alternatives, and support optimisation projects.
- Collaborate with supply and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time delivery.
- Ensure availability of critical tooling and support inventory optimisation.
- Act as the primary technical contact for the on‑site customer.
- Build strong relationships with production engineers, management, and tooling suppliers.
- Support cost‑saving initiatives and contribute to productivity improvements.
- Monitor technical KPIs: delivery performance, tooling reliability, cost optimisation, etc.
