Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend to on‑site technical complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot, analyse, and identify issues on‑site, providing both immediate (temporary) solutions and long‑term corrective actions through structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage proper documentation (physical and digital) for all work processes, including but not limited to site reports, investigation findings, and schedules.
