Job Description
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations:
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications:
- Liaising with contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project:
- Day‑to‑day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force:
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
- Preparing VO and other reports as required.
- Other related duties, as assigned
- Diploma / Degree , related in Construction
- At least 1 year related working experience in Building Construction
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
