Job Description
Responsibilities
- 1. Overseeing the daily site activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programmes.
- 2. Coordinate with all Subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and quality issues.
- 3. Check working drawing and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- 4. Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement.
- 5. Monitor and coordinate the work of Sub-cons and Foreman.
- 6. Coordinate the inspection of Civil and Structural works.
- Degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural) or Building equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction industry.
- Able to work independently and processes good interpersonal skills.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to send in their application.
