- Order and manage construction materials and equipment, maintaining accurate records of inventory and site activities.
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
