Site Exploration Manager

Reporting to the Chief Geologist, the Manager, Exploration will coordinate and execute exploration programs across GMIN’s operations in Brazil and Guyana. The role is responsible for leading exploration activities from target generation through resource definition, ensuring programs are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with corporate growth objectives. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in geological interpretation, drilling and field program execution, geological data quality, and operational planning, while supporting the advancement of exploration targets toward development readiness.

Working Conditions

The Manager, Exploration is a site-based rotational role supporting exploration activities across GMIN’s operations in Brazil and Guyana.
