- High school diploma required; degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in construction, with a strong understanding of various building techniques.
- Certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA) and first aid are essential.
- Ideal experience in commercial or residential construction projects.
