Site Head

Role Purpose

The Site Head is accountable for end-to-end leadership of a large greenfield chemical manufacturing site, covering project execution, commissioning, stabilization, and full-scale operations. The role ensures safe, compliant, cost-effective, and customer-centric operations, while institutionalizing engineering, QA, EHS, TQM, and technology absorption frameworks aligned with corporate strategy.

Key Objective

• sExecute and commission large-scale greenfield projects within approved CAPEX, timelines, and zero-harm objectives
• .Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations, achieving capacity utilization, cost benchmarks, and customer satisfaction
• .Establish robust engineering support, quality systems, EHS, and TQM practices from inception
• .Build a scalable organization capable of managing multi-technology, hazardous, export-oriented chemical operations
