Job Title: Site Labourer
Location: Highworth, Swindon
Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing Contract
Pay Rate: £15.80 - £17.43 per hour About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Highworth. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
Loading and unloading deliveries.
Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety protocols and Wearing full PPE at all times.Qualifications & Experience:
Valid CSCS Card.
