Job Description

Your Role

  • Lead the local technical Corporate Real Estate Services team
  • Performs regularly office inspection and determines which issues need to be addressed and plan for addressing the concern
  • Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture of the employees
  • Office Facilities Management
  • Coordinates environmental/ pest control schedules and requirements
  • Coordinate electrical requirements and concerns
  • Coordinates repair requests, maintenance & replacement of office equipment's, appliances, furniture, furnishings, pantry and other office/ housekeeping requirements
  • Coordinate with building admin for office requirements and requests
  • Secures gate pass approval
  • Acting as Info-Hub for providing administration related information
