Role Overview

Provide quality logistical support and liaison with rotational staff in area of responsibility which will lead to professional and efficient service delivery to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Roster & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and maintain staff rotation schedules in advance

  • Ensure alignment with company policies and operational needs

  • Communicate and update any roster changes with staff
  • Travel & Visa Coordination

  • Arrange visas, work permits, and required documentation

  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, and ground transport

  • Ensure travel plans are confirmed and shared ahead of deployment
  • Client & Staff Liaison

  • Serve as the main contact for site staff and clients

  • Communicate deployment details, arrivals, and updates

  • Resolve logistical queries and escalate issues when needed
