Site Manager – Cladding Retrofit Lead (Social Housing, Plymouth)

I am looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage a large social housing contract in Plymouth.

The scope of works is the removal of existing cladding and replacing with new. There may also be some roofing work to carry out so experience within this is also desirable.

Previous retrofit/cladding work is essential as well as an ability to manage subcontractors, client relationships and health and safety on site.
