Job Description
RIEFILT is deploying a major SWRO desalination facility in a Dubai industrial free zone. As Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site construction, mechanical completion, and commissioning activities through to plant handover.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations including subcontractor coordination
- Oversee mechanical and electrical installation of SWRO trains
- Ensure HSE compliance according to UAE regulations and RIEFILT standards
- Monitor construction progress against project schedule and budget
- Coordinate with RIEFILT engineering team in Germany for technical support
- Manage commissioning, performance testing, and client handover
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- 7+ years in water/wastewater plant construction, min. 3 years as Site Manager
- Experience with desalination or industrial water projects in GCC
