Site manager drill & blasting

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to): Manage and handling day-to-day operations of the drilling and blasting on site Daily compliance inspections on drill and blast blocks. Implementing and managing of drill and blast blocks as per mine planning. Managing of workplace safety, explosives handling, storage, and ensure transport protocols are adhered to. Monitor and ensure quality control in drilling and blasting, assessing blast outcomes, fragmentation and environmental impact. Preparing regular weekly and monthly reports. Lead, mentor and train a team of drilling and blasting personal fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety Assist the PM Department with recruitment, onboarding, payroll and Disciplinary actions Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and all records are in order.
