Experienced Site Manager required for a project within a semi-live school environment in Dudley. Works include a dining hall extension, internal refurbishment works, and structural steel installations.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site management
- Managing trades and programme
- Client and school liaison
- Health & safety compliance
- Coordination of structural and internal works
Requirements
- Previous experience in live/semi-live environments, ideally schools
- Strong refurbishment and steel works experience
- Client-facing and organised
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Enhanced DBS essential
